Lally Infosys a pioneer institute in IT and Management organized a blood donation Lally Infosys team members and students and dignitaries also participated.
On this occasion S.S Lally (MD) Lally Infosys highlighted the importance of Blood Donation which can help to save thousands of lives.He said only nine million units are collected annually, while the need is for 12 million units.Single donor can save life of 3 persons.
He said. "You don't lose anything if you donate blood as human body has a regenerating mechanism",organizing blood donation camps on a regular basis is very important in order to fulfill the gap .He said that all sections of society should contribute towards the society and save lives.
He inspired the students to come forward and donate blood to safeguard life of others. He emphasized that humanity can be served in the best way by donating blood voluntarily to the needy people. He urged the youth to come forward for this Nobel cause.A person cannot manufacture blood ,it can only be given to each other.He thanked everybody for their support in this life saving activity.
